Job summary

Hutson Inc. in Illinois is seeking Road and Shop Technicians to diagnose, service and maintain large agricultural equipment for customers and dealers. You will perform advanced diagnostics and repairs using manuals and tools, with travel to various sites as needed.

The role requires knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and the ability to follow Technical Manual procedures. Hutson Inc. offers competitive hourly pay, a company vehicle and overtime options.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.
• Experience with large agricultural equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and preventive maintenance on customer- or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
• Collaborate with road and shop teams to ensure equipment uptime and quality workmanship.
