Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks such as fertilizing, along with other lawn‑care products.
• Help grow your route by informing customers about our services.
• Drive house to house to complete daily route.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and work area.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees.
• Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.

Working Conditions

• Work outdoors for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend and crawl.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This role pays $20 per hour with the potential to earn more based on production and commission.
