Job summary

Certus Home Services is seeking a Lawn & Ornamental Technician to manage daily service routes, apply lawn care products, and build lasting customer relationships. This full-time role offers $18-$21 per hour plus production incentives and monthly bonuses, with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and 5+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and comfort working independently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own daily service route and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Inspect lawns and landscapes to identify turf, plant, and pest-related concerns.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products safely and on schedule.
• Educate customers on lawn and landscape needs and provide recommendations.
• Monitor treatment results and follow up on service needs.
• Maintain accurate service, treatment, and compliance records.
• Properly maintain your company vehicle, equipment, and tools.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
