Px3 Landscaping LLC is seeking an entry-level Lawn Maintenance Technician I in Pennsylvania's Glenshaw area to perform routine lawn and property maintenance under supervision. Training provided; no prior professional lawn experience required.

You will operate mowers and weed eaters after training, assist with seasonal services, and ensure safety and proper documentation. The role offers pay starting at $13.00-$17.00 per hour and growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level applicants are encouraged; prior professional lawn maintenance experience is not required.
• Ability and willingness to learn routine lawn maintenance tasks and safe equipment operation.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, reliable transportation, and professional conduct.
• Ability to follow instructions, work at a steady pace, and function effectively as part of a crew.
• Must complete required company training and comply with drug testing and background screening requirements.
• A valid driver's license is preferred and may be required for employees assigned driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, debris removal, and property cleanup.
• Operate push mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, and other approved equipment after training.
• Assist with commercial walk-behind or riding mower operation after completing required training and authorization.
• Assist with pruning, mulching, aeration, overseeding, leaf removal, and other seasonal services.
• Follow property-specific instructions, service notes, maps, and crew direction.
• Protect buildings, vehicles, irrigation components, trees, plants, signs, and other client property.
• Load, unload, inspect, clean, and properly store tools and equipment.
• Report damage, hazards, equipment problems, incomplete work, and client concerns immediately.
• Complete required timekeeping, job forms, photographs, and notes accurately.
• Assist with snow and ice management when assigned.

Position Summary

The Lawn Maintenance Technician I is an entry-level technician role responsible for routine lawn and property maintenance under the supervision of a Crew Lead, higher-level Technician, or Field Supervisor. Prior professional lawn maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Employees receive training and are expected to build proficiency in mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleanup, equipment care, and property protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, debris removal, and property cleanup.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, climb, and perform repetitive movements.
• Regularly lift and carry 50 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work on uneven ground and around equipment, vehicles, trailers, traffic, loud noise, vibration, dust, pollen, chemicals, fuel, and exhaust.
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, humidity, and other inclement weather.
• Work early mornings, evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and weather-related schedules when required.
