Lincoln Property Maintenance LLC is seeking a skilled Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will maintain grounds by mowing, trimming, and edging to create beautiful, well-groomed outdoor spaces for our clients.

You are hard-working, reliable, and capable of working with hand tools and commercial equipment in all weather. Previous lawn care experience is preferred, and a positive attitude is a must.

Qualifications

• Previous lawn service or groundskeeping experience.
• Experience with hand-held and power tools.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Knowledge of software/app usage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a lawn service tech/groundskeeper preferred
• Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
• Must be able to use commercial lawn equipment, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
• Knowledge of Service Autopilot or similar app.
• Willing to work in all-weather elements
