Landscaping by J. Michael is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our exterior upkeep team. You’ll help keep commercial and residential properties neat, healthy, and well-maintained while working outdoors with a collaborative crew.

The role emphasizes steady, safety-conscious work, with opportunities to advance and training incentives. Valid driver’s license and DOT Health Card eligibility are required, along with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or similar outdoor work.
• Experience using commercial mowers, aerators, de-thatchers, string trimmers, and related equipment.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow direction.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain weekly mow, edge, and trim routes for commercial and residential accounts.
• Perform weeding, pruning, and general bed maintenance.
• Record completed work using a tablet or digital system.
• Help with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
