Job summary

Landscaping by J. Michael in Massachusetts is seeking motivated Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our team on the South Shore.

If you enjoy outdoor work and take pride in keeping properties looking their best, this role offers growth and hands-on experience in the green industry. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, pruning, bed maintenance, recording work with a tablet, equipment upkeep, and teamwork to complete jobs safely.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or similar outdoor work.
Experience using commercial mowers, aerators, de-thatchers, string trimmers, and related equipment.
A valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow direction.

Responsibilities

Maintain weekly mow, edge, and trim routes for commercial and residential accounts.
Perform weeding, pruning, and general bed maintenance.
Assist in accurately recording completed work using a tablet or digital system.
Help with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools.
Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
