Weller Brothers Landscaping is seeking a full-time lawn maintenance technician in Rochester, MN. You will perform mowing, edging, and related lawn care duties, communicate with clients, and ensure crew productivity. A valid driver’s license and 18+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of professional lawn care experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients and educate them on turfgrass knowledge.
• Oversee daily crew workload and productivity; set daily goals.
• Input hours in LMN software for payroll processing.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and dress code; ensure on-time attendance.
• Assist with snow removal in winter when needed.
