Rochester Ground LLC in Rochester, MN is seeking a hardworking Lawn Care Foreman to lead a lawn maintenance crew and ensure high-quality work. This hands-on leadership role requires operating commercial mowing equipment and keeping crews productive and organized.

Formación

• Previous commercial lawn care or landscape maintenance experience.
• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate commercial mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team, solve problems, and keep work moving without constant supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew during daily operations.
• Review daily schedules and ensure crews arrive at jobsites on time.
• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn equipment.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup to company quality standards.
• Ensure properties are serviced efficiently and consistently.
• Inspect completed work and correct issues before leaving the jobsite.
• Train crew members on equipment operation, safety, and proper work procedures.
• Maintain equipment, perform basic maintenance, and report repairs as needed.
• Monitor productivity and communicate delays, jobsite issues, and customer concerns to management.
• Ensure trucks, trailers, and equipment are properly loaded, secured, and maintained.
• Follow company safety procedures and protect customer property.
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal services as needed.
