Job summary

Weller Brothers Landscaping in Rochester, MN is seeking a Landscape Technician to assist with softscape and hardscape installations, including pavers and outdoor features. You will communicate with foreman and designers, maintain safety, and help manage diverse landscape projects on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in industry or related field.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from the jobsite foreman.
• Communicate with the jobsite foreman and landscape designer to ensure quality standards.
• Adapt and perform other landscape team duties as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.
• Work with a strong work ethic to complete various tasks.
• Professionally communicate with clients to build relationships.
• Operate landscape and power equipment and a variety of hand tools.
• Commit hours including weekends/holidays as required.
• Follow company policies and dress code.
• Learn new techniques and installation practices.
• Assist with equipment maintenance.
• Assist with snow removal in winter season.
