Job summary

The Master's Lawn & Pest in St. Augustine / Vilano Beach is seeking a full-time lawn care technician.

We offer steady year-round pay and a path to growth with within-team advancement. You will operate commercial lawn equipment, perform mowing, trimming, edging and detail work on residential and commercial properties, and work closely with your crew leader to keep standards high and equipment clean and ready for the day.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work 8–10 hours outdoors in Florida weather.
• Reliable transportation to shop by 7 AM.
• Prior lawn care experience (mowers, trimmers, blowers) required.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn equipment.
• Mow, trim, edge, and detail maintenance on properties.
• Work with crew leader to maintain high standards.
• Keep equipment and trucks clean and ready for work.
