Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest in North Florida is hiring a Full-Time Lawn Care Technician to operate commercial lawn equipment, mow, trim, edge, and provide detail maintenance on residential and commercial properties.

You’ll work 8–10 hours outdoors in Florida weather with a crew leader, keep equipment clean, and participate in our fast hiring process with a 5-minute phone call and a paid working interview.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work 8–10 hours outside in Florida weather.
• Reliability and dependable transportation to shop by 7 AM.
• Prior lawn care experience (mowers, trimmers, blowers) required.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn equipment.
• Mow, trim, edge, and perform detail maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
• Work efficiently with crew leader to maintain high standards.
• Keep equipment and company trucks clean and organized.
