Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest is seeking a Full-Time Lawn Care Technician for locations in St. Augustine & Hastings, FL. You will operate commercial equipment, mow, trim, edge, and perform detail maintenance on a variety of properties.

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $22.00 per hour, with quarterly profit-sharing bonuses. Expect 8–10 hour outdoor shifts, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to the shop by 7 AM.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to work 8–10 hours outdoors in Florida weather.
• Reliable transportation to shop by 7 AM.
• Prior lawn care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn equipment.
• Mow, trim, edge, and detail residential & commercial properties.
• Work with crew leader to maintain high standards.
• Keep equipment and trucks clean and ready for work.
