The Master’s Lawn & Pest in Florida is seeking a full-time lawn care technician to join our crew. You will operate commercial lawn equipment and handle mowing, trimming, edging, and overall site maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record are required.
• Physical stamina to work 8–10 hours outdoors in Florida weather.
• Dependable transportation to shop by 7 AM rollout.
• Prior lawn care experience (mowers, trimmers, blowers) is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn equipment on residential & commercial properties.
• Mow, trim, edge, and perform detail maintenance to high standards.
• Work with crew leader to ensure efficient, quality results.
• Keep equipment and company trucks clean and ready for work.
