Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest is hiring for a full-time lawn technician in North Florida. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus quarterly profit sharing bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Physical stamina to work 8–10 hours outside.
• Reliability with dependable transportation to shop by 7 AM.
• Prior lawn care experience (mowers, trimmers, blowers) required.

Responsibilities

• Operating commercial lawn equipment.
• Mowing, trimming, edging, and detail maintenance on residential & commercial properties.
• Working with crew leader to maintain high standards.
• Keeping equipment and trucks clean, organized, and ready for work.
