Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company in Walpole, MA is seeking a Lawn Care Technician to perform fertilization and pest management on trees, shrubs, and lawns at private and commercial sites. You will diagnose pest conditions, educate clients, and monitor turf health while operating required equipment. On-site work with great growth opportunities and company benefits.

Employment is full-time with a strong emphasis on safety, training, and advancement through a well established employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Preferred: background in horticulture or landscaping.
• Preferred: turf, weed, tree and shrub ID knowledge.
• Ability to complete the Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course on hire.
• Preferred: valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: relevant pesticide licenses and certificates as required by state law.

Job Duties
