Lawn Doctor in Greenwood, DE is hiring a Full Time Lawn Care Technician to join our local franchise. You will provide exterior lawn care applications safely and efficiently, service equipment, and propose new services when appropriate.

We value integrity, reliability and a strong work ethic. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required. We offer PTO, IRA match, paid holidays and performance bonuses, with guaranteed hours after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must possess integrity, self-awareness, humility, compassion and resilience.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery and lift 50+ pounds; meet production goals.

• Perform shop/equipment work as needed.
• Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
• Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.

Full Time Lawn Care Technician

Guaranteed 40 hours/week after 90 days. Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. PTO, IRA match, paid holidays, customer satisfaction bonuses.

Hourly Pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience
