Lawn Doctor Dover-Middletown is seeking a Full Time Lawn Care Technician in Greenwood, DE. This role guarantees 40 hours/week after 90 days, Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm, with PTO, IRA match, paid holidays and performance bonuses.

You will perform lawn care applications, operate equipment, communicate with customers, and contribute to service growth. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required; training and development are provided to support career growth.

Compensation:

Hourly Pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience
