Job summary

Lawn Doctor of Metro-West is seeking dependable Lawn Care Technicians to perform lawn care services outdoors and independently. No lawn care experience is required; paid training is provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities include fertilizing, aerating lawns, applying pest control products, operating equipment, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining equipment. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with full-time compensation and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Good attendance and dependable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Apply regulated pest control products to lawns, landscape beds, trees, and shrubs.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
• Maintain the appearance and condition of assigned equipment and vehicles.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers and the public.

• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and accountability.
• Educate customers about lawn care services and offer additional services when appropriate.

Lawn Doctor is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being outdoors. We are seeking Lawn Care Technicians who are dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services.

No lawn care experience is required! We provide paid training and the education you need to become successful in this position.

Daily Responsibilities

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn. Previous lawn care experience is helpful but not required.
