Job summary

Lawn Doctor is seeking reliable, outdoorsy individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians in Cullman–Jasper–Moulton. You will treat residential and commercial lawns, interact with customers as needed, and help maintain equipment and the shop for smooth operations.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour, with a path to bonuses, commissions, and advancement opportunities. This is a full-time, year-round role with paid training and a family-owned work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to the shop.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and stay on schedule.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Experience in lawn care, pest control, landscaping, or farm/field work is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn treatments using top-quality, environmentally responsible products.
• Operate spray equipment, spreaders, and aerators.
• Drive a company truck on a daily route.
• Provide friendly, professional service and answer basic customer questions.
• Identify lawn issues and recommend additional services.

Lawn Care Technician – Lawn Doctor of Cullman–Jasper–Moulton

Lawn Doctor is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who enjoy being outdoors and take pride in doing quality work. Our Lawn Care Technicians are the face of our company — you’ll treat residential and commercial lawns, speak with customers when needed, and help keep our equipment and shop running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Apply lawn treatments using top-quality, environmentally responsible products
• Operate spray equipment, spreaders, and aerators
• Drive a company truck on a daily route
