No Lawn care experience is required, we provide paid training and support you in earning your pesticide license.

What You'll Do:

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilizer, weed control, and aerations
• Evaluate lawn health and recommend services
• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners
• Complete daily service routes safely and efficiently
• Maintain company truck, tools, and equipment
• Educate customers on lawn care solutions
• Identify additional service opportunities for customers

What We're Looking For:

• Valid drivers license
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Lawn care of landscaping experience is helpful but not required
• Wiling to obtain a pesticide application license, training provided

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk several miles per day
• Driving (truck w/wo trailer, van, & forklift)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Requirements:

Schedule:

• Flexible Shifts: include both 10-hour and 8-hour shifts.
• Day Shift: typically early mornings for optimal productivity.
• Regular workdays: Monday to Friday
• Weekend Availability: Must be open to working on weekends to accommodate scheduling requirements.
