Lawn Doctor Inc. is hiring reliable Lawn Care Technicians to join our Chattanooga crew. We provide the equipment, culture, and training to help you succeed, whether you are an experienced professional or looking to learn a valuable trade.

We offer top pay, licensing bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Most roles require a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or route-based services is a plus, but training provided.
Ability to carry 40 lbs bags.
Ability to ride ride-on machines.
1-3 years experience desirable, but not a deal breaker.
Licensed individuals with a CO3 or CO7 TN or GA Pesticide license - sign in bonuses - $500 (half at start and half at 60 days).

Responsibilities

Apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf treatments to residential and commercial lawns.
Drive a company service vehicle safely across the greater Chattanooga area.
Educate customers on lawn health, watering tips, and services.
NO mowing or landscaping
