Job summary

Clean Air Lawn Care, Inc is hiring for a full-time position performing weekly mowing visits, mulch applications, bed maintenance, compost top dressing, and other professional lawn care tasks using quiet, battery-powered equipment.

We offer paid training, a higher wage for bilingual Spanish/English candidates, and growth opportunities within a family-owned company with local support. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license with clean record (will be checked).
• Lawn care maintenance: 1 year preferred; no experience is acceptable but expert level may earn higher pay.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging, dethatching, aeration, hedge trimming, pulling weeds, mulching, composting, and yard clean-ups as assigned.
• Work safely and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Arrive on time, ready for the work day on schedule.
• Learn to properly use and maintain all company equipment, including battery management and blade maintenance.
• Maintain company vehicle and secure tools; keep work area tidy and safe.
• Daily communication with owner/manager to review completed work and next-day plans.

As one of our professionals, you will be responsible for servicing client properties with weekly mowing visits, apply mulch, maintain beds, compost top dress, and provide other professional services ensuring great customer service. • Daily phone or email communication with owner and/or business manager to review work completed and outlook for the following day/shifts.
