Job summary

Fairway Lawns of Columbia is hiring a Lawn Care Technician to perform lawn care services and diagnose turf problems to beautify customer properties.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, receive hands-on training, and join a supportive team focused on safety and quality service. The full-time role offers weekly pay, benefits, PTO, and a 401(k). Starting pay is $20–$23 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration, pest control and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.

You will diagnose and resolve a variety of turf, weed, and shrub problems to beautify our customers’ property. Requirements
