Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of verifiable experience in residential or commercial lawn care.
• Experience operating commercial-grade mowing equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Mandatory drug screening and 7-year background check (no felonies).
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varying conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on units, trimmers, and edgers with precision and efficiency.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality mowing patterns and clean property finishes.
• Maintain and inspect equipment daily to ensure peak performance.

• Contribute to work efficiency and overall quality control.
