Lawn Doctor - Group 317 is hiring Lawn Care Technicians to join our team in Westford, MA. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a focus on high-quality, customer-centric lawn care services.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday 7am-3pm with occasional Saturdays. Benefits include 100% employer-paid medical, a $1000 signing bonus after 3 months, 401K with company match, paid training and holidays, and uniforms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fertilize lawns and aerate lawns
• Apply other regulated pest control product to lawns, landscape beds, and trees and shrubs
• Prepare and seed lawns
• Maintain the appearance of assigned equipment and vehicles
• Interact respectfully and positively with customers and coworkers
• Maintain communication with the office throughout the day
• Operate in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Shop work and promote new services
• No mowing

Daily Tasks include:

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. No need for experience in the lawn care industry, it is helpful but not needed. The right person who is passionate about communications through phone and email and is willing to learn the Lawn Doctor lawn service features and benefits will get paid very well for utilizing their skills in this role.
