Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking a hands-on landscaper to perform lawn aeration, fertilization, pest control, and landscape maintenance. You’ll work with clients to ensure requirements are met and safety standards are followed.

The role emphasizes physical work outdoors, with training and ongoing education provided. Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience. Pay for this role will be $20-$25/hr based on experience.

Position Summary

• Performing lawn aeration, fertilization, and pest control services
• Maintaining lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds

About You

• A passion for landscaping and creating healthy outdoor environments
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance
• Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, and turf care
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely and effectively
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• A valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• A degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience is preferred
• Horticulture/Arboriculture Trade Certification is a plus

Physical Requirements: This role requires frequent standing, kneeling, walking, pulling, reaching, stooping, and bending. You may work on uneven turf, in all weather conditions, and around mechanical and electrical hazards. You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout a shift and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
