Job summary

Grounds Guys of Magnolia is looking for a Maintenance Team Member to join our front-line lawn care and landscaping crew. You’ll perform mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding and pruning, keeping high standards of quality and service while outdoors in varying weather.

If you have prior landscaping or lawn service experience, or are eager to train within six months, you could grow into a higher-level role.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn service preferred.
• Willing to complete training within 6 months.
• Able to lift 35–80 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Front-Line Employee performing mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning.
• Maintain high quality and service standards on every job.
• Ensure site is wrapped up and ready for the next day.
