Job summary

Ground Guys is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to deliver front-line lawn care and landscape maintenance with a focus on quality and service delivery. You will contribute to mowing, edging, pruning, and general upkeep to maintain curb appeal for our clients.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather, physical activity, and the potential to grow into higher-level positions as the company expands. Training is available for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping and lawn service.
• Willing to complete training within 6 months if no prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim edges, blow leaves, and weed with high-quality service.
• Prune shrubs and assist with planting and softscape installations.
• Work outdoors in all weather, performing physical tasks and lifting 35–80 lb.

You’ll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care.o The team performs basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery. This includes but is not limited to mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning and edging, knowledge of horticulture and planting / softscape installations.o You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.o You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.Job Requirements for Maintenance Team Member· Prior experience in landscaping and lawn service.· If you don’t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.In addition, there are a few additional minimum requirements that are necessary to be considered for this position.Benefits & PayThe pay range for this position is $15.00 to $18.00 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional.
