Lawn Squad in Ohio is seeking a dependable Lawn Technician to service a mix of residential and commercial properties. You will apply fertilizer, weed and pest control, and perform aeration and seeding as part of a team that keeps lawns healthy year-round.

This role emphasizes safe practices, adherence to state standards, and clear paperwork. You should be able to lift 50 lbs, work in varied weather, and drive a truck or van with a trailer, joining a proven crew with 20+ years of local expertise.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with fewer than 4 points.
• Able to drive a truck/van and pull-behind trailer.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Serving a territory of residential and commercial customers.
• Providing professional lawn care with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Proper application techniques and compliance with ODA standards, rules, and regulations.
• Completion of required paperwork.
• Loading assigned vehicle.
• Maintaining clean vehicle and equipment.

Lawn Technician Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are NOT limited to:

• Serving a territory of residential and commercial customers
• Providing professional lawn care with a focus on excellent customer service

• Loading assigned vehicle
• Maintaining clean vehicle and equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• No experience required, will train the right candidate
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be willing to work Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays
• Have a valid State of Ohio driver’s license with less than 4 points
• Be able to drive a truck/van and a pull-behind trailer
• Be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more comfortably
