Job summary

Ground Guys in Midland, TX is hiring a Maintenance Team Member to deliver exceptional lawn care and landscaping services. You’ll be the boots on the ground, performing mowing, edging, trimming, and general outdoor maintenance with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You should have prior landscaping or lawn service experience or be willing to complete training within 6 months; the job involves working outdoors in all weather and handling 35–80 lb lifts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• If you don’t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.
• There are a few additional minimum requirements that are necessary to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions; perform very physical work; lift 35–80 pounds.
• Ensure tasks are wrapped up and ready for the next day.
