Naturescape seeks a Branch Manager in Lombard, IL to lead a growing branch and drive continued success within a family-owned lawn and landscape company. You will balance field production, sales growth, and staff development while training specialists and supporting a strong team culture.

The role emphasizes customer service, efficient operations, and on-going learning as the business expands across multiple Midwest locations. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Willing to train and learn on the job.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Divide time between field production, sales, and staff development.
• Meet weekly with branch employees to review strategies and service methods.
• Train and guide specialists, and supervise administrative staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and on-time delivery of services.
• Audit work and meet customers to discuss concerns and improvements.
