Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production, driving sales, and developing employees.
• Lead weekly group meetings to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods.
• Train and guide specialists, from veterans to new hires, to maintain full staffing and excellence.
• Direct administrative assistants to keep the office organized and efficient.
