Job summary

Naturescape is seeking a Lawn Care Specialist in Lombard, IL to service residential and commercial properties with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll manage a route, work 10-hour days, 4 days a week, and perform mowing, aeration, tree/shrub care, pruning, and mosquito control. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement in a team‑oriented, drug‑free workplace.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Motivated with a desire to learn; no lawn care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the company in the field and manage routes.
• Perform precision lawn care, mowing, aeration, pruning, mosquito control.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and turf health.
• Seasonal work including winter snow removal when applicable.
