Job summary

Senske Services in Springfield, VA is seeking a Lawn Technician to transform yards with fertilization, weed control, and turf treatments. You will work outdoors, operate lawn care equipment, and provide friendly customer service to clients in the community.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work 8–10 hours daily. Starting wage is $18–$20 per hour, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments with precision and care.
• Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases — you know the drill) and recommend solutions.
• Operate all the lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long-term relationships.
• Keep detailed service records (because the little things matter too).
• Work outside in the fresh air — 8 to 10 hours a day — because you love what you do.

Wage Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience + pesticide applicator license status. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
