Job summary

Deans Services in Springfield, VA is seeking a lawn care technician who applies fertilizers, herbicides, and turf treatments with precision. You will diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases) and recommend practical solutions, while operating lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.

You will educate customers on lawn care, keep detailed service records, and work 8–10 hours outdoors as part of a fun, supportive team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and great customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Operate all the cool lawn care equipment - safely and efficiently.

Work outside in the fresh air - 8 to 10 hours a day - because you love what you do.

Wage Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience + pesticide applicator license status. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
