Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current driver’s license with clear driving history.
• Ability to secure DOT Certification.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Sales-oriented with troubleshooting abilities.
• Must remain completely drug-free.
• Enjoys teamwork and having fun.

Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilizer and weed management.
• Operate a company vehicle to client properties and locations (valid driver's license required).
• Discuss the work with clients and answer any questions; identify turf issues and assist in fixing them.
• Properly care for equipment and use it safely.
• Recommend additional services when appropriate for clients.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (or until your route is finished)

Pay

• $45,000 - $55,000

What You’ll Handle

• Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilizer and weed management
• Operate a company vehicle to client properties and locations (valid driver's license required)
