Job summary

Blades of Green is seeking a motivated lawn care technician to transform ordinary yards into vibrant, healthy lawns. You will apply turf treatments, diagnose lawn issues, and operate equipment safely while educating customers and building lasting relationships.

The role requires a strong work ethic, great customer service, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license. Expect 8–10 hours daily outdoors, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and turf treatments with precision.
• Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases) and recommend solutions.
• Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long-term relationships.
• Keep detailed service records.
• Work outdoors for 8 to 10 hours daily.

Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases — you know the drill) and recommend solutions.

Operate all the cool lawn care equipment — safely and efficiently.

Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long‑term relationships.

Keep detailed service records (because the little things matter too).

Work outside in the fresh air — 8 to 10 hours a day — because you love what you do.

Wage Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience + pesticide applicator license status. This is an hourly, non‑exempt position.
