Job summary

Senske Services is seeking a lawn care technician to service properties along a designated route. You will apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides using hand and powered equipment, ensuring pest and weed control for lawns and ornamentals.

You will unload and load equipment, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, keep client appointments, and engage with customers to address concerns while upselling additional services. A thorough property inspection is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide lawn care services to all properties on assigned route, using hand and powered equipment to apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides.
• Unload and load equipment at each property; remove trash and debris from the landscape before servicing.
• Comply with state/federal regulations and company policies; maintain scheduled customer appointments.
• Interact with clients to assess concerns and offer additional services.
• Perform thorough inspection and evaluation of client properties.

• Interact and ask questions of clients if they are present when the job is completed, to determine client concerns and existing conditions. Sell additional services to existing and prospective clients.
• Perform thorough inspection and evaluation of client properties.

Wage Range

• Wage Range: $20.00-$22.00 per hour. Up to $27/hour for experienced technicians. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.
