Job summary

Thompson Hine LLP seeks a Law School Recruiting Coordinator to support firmwide law school recruiting efforts from Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton or New York offices. Working with the TM team, you will manage resume collection, interview logistics, candidate data, and onboarding materials.

The role supports summer program and entry-level hiring, requiring attention to detail, organization, and collaboration across offices. Hybrid work policy applies with location flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of law firm or campus recruiting experience or 2 years of admin experience in professional services.
• Growth mindset and inclusion practices; strong communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead resume collection and candidate review, in collaboration with Senior Law School Recruiter.
• Coordinate high volume interviews, travel, and schedules with candidate materials.
• Collect interview evaluations and compile materials for offers.
