Job summary

You will partner with the Operations team to document processes, standardize workflows, and leverage Microsoft 365, Power BI, and AI capabilities to drive efficiency while coordinating reporting and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• On track to complete a Bachelor’s degree with May 2027 graduation date.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document processes clearly.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with support.
• Professional judgment handling confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborative, customer-focused, and capable of cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with process improvement, data visualization, or project coordination.
• Exposure to Microsoft Visio, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Power Automate or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve operational processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to document current workflows and implement improvements with technology.
• Develop consistent approaches for recurring work to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Document key processes, maps, controls, ownership, and escalation paths.
• Support recurring reporting and data analysis with accurate records and validated data.
• Assist with program administration, onboarding, rosters, budgets, and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, compensation reconciliation, and performance processes.
• Coordinate projects and track deadlines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
