LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making, analyze market and customer data, and drive sales growth, pricing decisions, and operational improvements across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, forecast revenue with Finance, and help optimize processes through automation while meeting key deadlines. This is an on-site role starting June 14, 2027.

Qualificações

• On track to receive a bachelor's degree by May 2027.
• MBA is a plus, but not required.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage large data sets.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and insights.
• Identify emerging issues and recommend solutions to address business challenges and support growth.
• Ensure compliance with selling and pricing rules, including providing pricing guidance and managing deal approvals.
• Deliver training on business goals, sales strategies, and performance metrics to sales teams.
• Support contract management and vendor compliance.
• Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
• Optimize operational processes through automation.
• Contribute to special projects aligned with strategic objectives.
