Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, a global provider of legal and regulatory information, is seeking a hands-on Operations/Analytics Support role in Dayton, OH. You will collaborate with the Law School Operations team to streamline processes, document workflows, and support reporting and accountabilities across stakeholders.

You will assist with program administration, data analysis, and budget forecasting while leveraging Microsoft 365 tools and responsible AI capabilities to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with graduation date in May 2027 or later.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to organize, reconcile data, and create reports.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to document processes clearly and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Discretion handling confidential business, financial, customer, and employee information.
• Collaborative, customer-focused mindset and ability to work across teams.
• Exposure to process improvement, process mapping, project coordination, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with Visio, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar tools and interest in AI-enabled efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Law School Operations team to identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes using available technology.
• Document key operational processes, including procedures, controls, ownership, and escalation paths.
• Support recurring reporting and data analysis, validate information, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Assist with program administration, onboarding, rosters, system access, budgets, and reporting.
• Support activities related to registration codes, product access, entitlements, audits, and renewals.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and performance-management processes.
• Coordinate projects and recurring workstreams by tracking deadlines, risks, and communications.
