Qualifications

• Multiple years' post-JD experience required.
• Proficiency with technology and presentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to supporting students in an inclusive environment.
• Ability to manage competing demands and time effectively.
• Understanding of legal hiring processes and law student development.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and advise J.D. students on self-assessment and planning.
• Develop and deliver career programming, events, and networking guidance.
• Advise judicial clerkships and support alumni career planning.
• Track summer and postgraduate employment data for reporting.
• Lead or assist with other duties as assigned.
