Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience and active California Bar license.
• Significant law and motion experience including drafting and opposing motions.
• Outstanding legal research and persuasive writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and oppose a broad range of law and motion filings including demurrers, motions to strike, and summary judgments.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation strategy and case development.
• Prepare persuasive pleadings, briefs, and memorandum with appellate-quality analysis.
• Analyze opposing counsel motions and develop strong written responses.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple California offices on active matters.
