Orionplacement is seeking a California-licensed attorney with a focus on civil litigation to join a dynamic, growth-oriented practice. The hybrid role supports collaboration with an office team while offering flexibility, handling matters for builders, developers, and businesses in complex disputes.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, exposure to construction defect and real estate disputes, and strong legal writing skills.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in construction defect, real estate disputes, or business litigation.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation matters including construction defect, real estate, and business disputes.
• Represent builders, developers, and business clients throughout all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct depositions and court appearances.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and case positioning, providing clear, business-minded legal guidance aligned with client objectives.
