Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contracts, service agreements and other legal documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research on case law, statutes, and regulatory updates.
• Draft summary memoranda, internal briefs, and professional emails.
• Generate spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to summarize legal analysis.
• Support Aramco Americas Law team on various tasks and projects.
