You will perform legal research, draft analyses, and collaborate across departments to help improve the efficiency of the legal team. This paid internship runs June 7 – August 13, 2027, and provides exposure to real-world business challenges.

Qualifications

• A current law student who will have completed at least one year of law school by the start of the program; two years preferred.
• Strong background in legal research and writing; experience in a fast-paced legal or corporate setting preferred; business law clinic and/or law review a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; basic understanding of AI use in a legal context beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and writing on a variety of corporate legal issues.
• Analyze complex legal problems and provide actionable recommendations.
• Handle complex legal research and analysis that has a direct and significant impact on our business.
• Collaborate with team members both inside legal and across other departments to find effective solutions.
• Contribute to improving the efficiency of the legal department's processes.
