Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to the U.S. Bar.
• Minimum 10+ years of diversified practice in law firms or in-house counsel.
• Significant legal management experience advising companies in supply, trading and logistics.
• Experience with multinational companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory across all areas of law to safeguard the Company's interests.
• Drive legal risk analysis and regulatory compliance from a business and legal perspective.
• Negotiate and supervise contracts and corporate documents for management and Board.
• Manage Corporate Secretariat functions and governance processes.
