Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a law degree at an accredited law school in the US.
• Attendance at an accredited law school is mandatory.
• Ability to work a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Houston office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing, drafting, and editing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on corporate governance and compliance.
• Help with corporate governance and maintaining records.
• Assist in managing legal databases and internal resources.
